We make it easy for you to report suspicious activities and profiles, and any users who violate our Terms of Use will be immediately and effectively blocked and blacklisted (IP, email, etc.).

To help us maintain your safety, please keep these simple tips in mind:

• Always act with extreme caution when communicating with someone you’ve never met. Don’t reveal your family name or any other personal details in your profile or when chatting with a stranger. If anyone pressures you for such information, cease communication immediately and report them using the block/report function, and we’ll take appropriate action. 
• If anyone asks you for money, this is a clear sign of fraud and the member should be blocked and reported immediately.
• When you do decide to meet with someone in person, be sure to tell a close friend or family member before hand where you are going and when they should expect you back. It’s also a good idea to have your own method of transportation and to meet in a public place.
